The new branch is located about a mile away from Sound\u2019s previous Bonney Lake location, which closed on Friday, July 23.<\/p>\n<p>The new branch has an open floor plan, designed and constructed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.momentumbuilds.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Momentum, Inc<\/a>. in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcarchitects.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">ARC Architects<\/a>. This location features the latest in banking technology, concierge desks, private offices for confidential transactions, a drive-thru with video-assisted banking during office hours, and 24\/7 automated banking.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to welcome our members and community to our beautiful new branch,\u201d said Don Clark, Sound Credit Union President &amp; CEO. \u201cThe modern layout of this branch will provide our team members with the opportunity to connect with our members through expanded one-on-one service, enhanced technology and private meeting rooms. As Sound grows, we will continue to innovate and implement new techniques to provide our members have the tools and resources necessary to become financially sound.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Members and the community will be greeted by a custom glass chandelier hanging in the foyer of the branch. Modeled after Sound\u2019s logo, the art piece created by local artist, Julie Conway with <a href=\"https:\/\/illuminataglass.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Illuminata Glass Art Design<\/a>, showcases 15 oversized blown glass \u201cfish\u201d which evoke a school of fish moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>The branch will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. \u2013 1 p.m. A formal ribbon cutting ceremony will take place in August at the branch in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/thechambercollective.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">The Chamber Collective<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>About Sound Credit Union<\/h2>\n<p><em>Sound Credit Union was founded in 1940 and today is one of Washington State\u2019s largest credit unions.
