Meal Plan Monday

Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend – it always goes way too quickly doesn’t it?

The hubby has kick-started back into his training regime after an injury a couple of months ago and so the whole family is on a high-protein, reduced carb diet to make it easier! This means we are using lots of recipes from Lean in 15 and also adapting other favourite recipes to fit.

I’m still trying to eat within a budget (not particularly easy when you are following the principles of the Lean in 15 diet to be honest) so we shall see how that goes!

Monday: Popeye Chicken

Tuesday: Cheesy Chorizo, Chicken and Spinach

Wednesday: Italian Stallion Sausages

Thursday: Smoked Salmon, Spinach and Feta Scramble

Friday: Poached Salmon with Bacon

Saturday: Thai Green Curry

Sunday: Turkey Meatballs with Feta

Shopping List: Chicken Breasts (sh*t loads!!), Chipolatas, Chorizo, Spinach (tonnes), Smoked Salmon, Feta Cheese, Salmon Fillets, Smoked Streaky Bacon, Avocados (tonnes), Coconut Oil, Red Onions, Peppers, Courgette, Turkey Meatballs, Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Pine Nuts, Garlic, Celery, Tomato Puree, Chicken Stock, Thai Curry Paste, Coconut Milk, King Prawns, Limes

I’m thinking of trying out an Abel & Cole delivery box – has anyone tried one?
